Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned! 

  • To initiate a return, please email us at sisterstyleboutique26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges

    If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
